Report Incidents of Electronic Music Profiling by Law Enforcement

By filling out this form, you are helping the Electronic Music Defense and Education Fund (EM:DEF) collect much needed data about the profiling of electronic music by law enforcement. Please be assured that all personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential on request.

EM:DEF will approach the ACLU and Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) with each incident report filed during regularly scheduled meetings.

We cannot promise you that the information you provide will lead to any specific action on either the ACLU or DPA’s part. But it is possible that you may receive a request from EM:DEF, the ACLU (including one of its state affiliates), and/or DPA to use the information you have provided for one or more of the following purposes: (1) legislative testimony; (2) litigation; or (3) telling your story to the media.
