EM:DEF will approach the ACLU and Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) with each incident report filed during regularly scheduled meetings. 

We cannot promise you that the information you provide will lead to any specific action on either the ACLU or DPA's part. But it is possible that you may receive a request from EM:DEF, the ACLU (including one of its state affiliates), and/or DPA to use the information you have provided for one or more of the following purposes: (1) legislative testimony; (2) litigation; or (3) telling your story to the media.
