Biography of Frank Knaack

Frank Knaack is a legal assistant with the Human Rights Program. Prior to joining the Human Rights Program, Knaack was a legislative assistant with the ACLU Washington Legislative Office, focusing on national security, women’s rights, and First Amendment issues. Knaack also worked as a research assistant for a human rights education project in Cairo.

Knaack received his M.A. in International Human Rights Law from the American University in Cairo and his B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Vermont.
