Description: On behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and its hundreds of thousands of members, activists, and fifty-three affiliates nationwide, we commend the Committee for examining how the myth of in-person voter fraud is being used to disfranchise American citizens. We wish to submit this letter as written testimony for the Committee hearing record on March 12, 2008.
