This document announces the FY 2016 Homeland Security Grand Program (HSGP), a "funding opportunity of nearly $1 billion for state, local, tribal, and territorial efforts to prevent terrorism, other catastrophic events, and prepare the Nation for the threats and hazards that pose the greatest security risk to the United States."
