LCCHR Comments on HHS Refusals NPRM

The ACLU joined the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights’s comments to the Department of Health and Human Service, in response to the proposed rule to create protections for health care workers who refuse to administer services that violate their religious or moral beliefs.
