The ACLU submitted this statement for the record in connection to the joint House Judiciary and Foreign Affairs Subcommittees hearing, “Oversight of the Trump Administration’s Muslim Ban,” on September 24, 2019. The testimony condemns the unconstitutional and discriminatory Muslim ban and calls on Members of Congress to cosponsor the NO BAN Act.
