Coalition Letter for Addition of National Guard Home Rule Act

28 groups signed onto this letter urging House leadership and the chairs of the House Armed Services and Rules Committees to include the DC National Guard Home Rule Act (DCNGHRA) in the FY 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The ACLU signed onto a similar letter last December.
