List of Foreign Governments and Organizations Authorized for Surveillance

A 2010 certification under Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act listing 193 foreign governments, factions, entities, and political organizations approved by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court for surveillance by the NSA to gather foreign intelligence.
