Tomorrow night, Executive Director Anthony Romero will be on Bill Moyers Journal with former Republican congressman Mickey Edwards. They'll talk about wiretapping and domestic surveillance, which, after today's court victory striking down the National Security Letters provision of the Patriot Act, along with Wednesday's ruling that the government can't keep pulling the secrecy card to avoid accountability for the NSA spy program documents, they'll have plenty to discuss.
