Breaking: Supreme Court to Rule on Voting Rights Law

According to ScotusBlog, the Supreme Court just agreed to review an appeal in Northwest Austin Municipal Utility District v. Mukasey. It's a constitutional dispute over Congress' 25-year extension of federal voting rights law's requirement that some states and local governments get clearance in Washington before making any changes in election laws or methods.
