A year has passed since the 2016 election.
 
Since then, the Trump administration has endeavored to:
•Impose a ban on Muslims. 
•Restrict women’s right to abortion.  
•Ban transgender Americans from serving in the military. 
•Allow discrimination against LGBT Americans.
•Revoke protections for Dreamers. 
•Deport millions of undocumented immigrants. 
•Limit Americans’ access to voting.

We’ve fought the administration every step of the way, filing 55 lawsuits against these and other unconstitutional measures it has put forward. That’s more than one a week since Trump took office. We fully expect the courts to vindicate our claims. In some cases, like with the Muslim ban, they already have.

Today, we a promise. If the administration continues down this path, we will make sure it ultimately loses these fights. 

Know this: Thanks to the administration's unconstitutional actions in nearly every sphere, it has made those who value justice and equality for all more vigilant and more dedicated to defeating its policies. We will continue to defend our rights and liberties against all efforts by this administration to take them away.  

Our staff of litigators and activists in every state, thousands of volunteers and millions of supporters will fight this administration as often as it takes. For as long as it takes. With all that it takes.
