The American Civil Liberties Union, the ACLU of Southern California, the law firm of Outten & Golden LLP, and Los Angeles attorney Brenda Feigen filed a pregnancy discrimination charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on December 6, 2018 on behalf of a female longshore worker at the Port of Seattle, along with other women laboring at other west coast ports.
