The ACLU submitted reply comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on July 6, 2015 supporting its proposed privacy rules for broadband internet access services. These comments refute arguments made by some telecommunications providers that the FCC’s proposal would limit broadband internet access service provider’s commercial speech rights.
