FOIA request demanding CBP information related to the implementation of Trump’s Muslim ban and compliance with subsequent court orders at 15″Preclearance” locations abroad, most of them in Canada. The request also covers airports in Ireland, the Bahamas, Aruba, Bermuda, and the UAE. According to an official report, 16 million air travelers were admitted to the U.S. through these foreign locations in fiscal year 2015.
