The ACLU, Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, the National Women’s Law Center, and more than 50 other organizations released a call for legislative action to address and eliminate workplace harassment and discrimination. This set of principles and priorities provides guidance to lawmakers, and was released at a time when the country is witnessing an unprecedented reckoning and demand for accountability for and prevention of workplace harassment, particularly sexual harassment, which includes sexual assault.
